Bureaucracy?

Have you ever noticed just how stupid bureaucrats are? I mean, if I go up to someone who is DESIGNED to help me and ask a direct question, should I not get a direct answer? That would be logical. Instead, I get an answer like, "I can't answer that question. In fact, I don't answer questions in general. Instead I sit here and pretend to work, while you get more and more frustrated until YOUR FACE EXPLODES."
